Small Group personal training sessions (2-3 clients, max) are the perfect setup if you want to train with your friend, spouse, family member, whomever! During a Small Group session, you get the attention and tailoring of a private session but the support of a teammate (or two). So whether you’re motivated by working with or competing against someone else, Small Group personal training has you covered. Plus, recent research shows that moving in synchrony with others can actually increase self esteem - so working out with a buddy can not only transform your physical health, it can also be a real boost to your mental health as well!
