The Positive Fitness "Fitness Fundamentals Course" is our exciting introduction into result orientated fitness training. Looking for a program that will insure you meet your fitness goals but unsure where to start? Ready to start an exercise program but not confident enough to do it on your own? How about starting with 6 personal coaching sessions to give you the foundation to not only reach those goals but to surpass them! Our fundamentals course includes 2 weeks of personal coaching (3 sessions per week) during which you will learn exercise routines that are proven to get results. You will also be taught proper exercise technique for maximum results.
For only $67, you will receive an amazing foundation to build your healthier lifestyle on!
Our primary goal with these training sessions is to lay a solid foundation so you will know what it takes to reach your goals and how to reach them! During this 2 week course, you will learn many basic lifts and techniques required to get results. You will also learn our Active Isolated Stretching program that aids in muscle tone, flexibility and muscle repair.
